I've got skills

And they're multiplying.

Who I'm For

I work best with vertical B2B SaaS companies in the $10M–$50M range. Multi-product or single product, and primarily sales-led. Typically PE-backed. Usually growing through some mix of product investment, GTM evolution, and acquisitions.

Must haves
  • Culture is a priority and ongoing investment.
  • Brand is important to the executive team and the board - and the strategy, budget, and goals prove it.
  • Marketing plays a role in all 4 P's (product, place, price, and promotion), not just promotion.
  • Marketing is more than an asset factory or internal agency for other functions.
Situations where I can drive immediate value
  • The strategy lives in the CEO's head or a deck nobody's opened in 18 months.
  • Three people in your company would give three different answers to "what do you do" or "how are you different from competitors."
  • Win rates don't reflect the quality of your product. You're losing winnable deals because the story isn't landing.
  • You need a bridge between product, marketing, and sales so everyone is telling the same story, in the same way, at the same time.
  • Marketing is doing a lot of things (aka random acts of marketing), but pipeline isn't moving and you've lost the strategic thread.
  • You just acquired a company (or you're about to) and need to nail the story, integration, and rollout to prove the thesis and realize the synergies.

Situations I'm not a good fit for: pre-product-market-fit startups, pure execution roles without strategic ownership, teams allergic to honest feedback and healthy debate.

How I Can Help

Positioning, Messaging, & Narrative

Turn confused positioning into a story that wins deals.

Sharpen positioning based on market truth, not internal echo chambers and assumptions. Clear enough ICPs get it. Specific enough competitors can't claim it. Defensible enough to hold up in sales calls, board meetings, and diligence.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

Build a brand that earns attention and drives revenue.

Be the company people ask for by name through strong branding, differentiated and defensible messaging, and high-value content people actually want (and competitors or AI can't replicate).

Strategic Planning & Diligence

Pressure-test the strategy before you commit the resources.

Map the market, define what matters, and stress-test assumptions against what's true outside the building. Then build and socialize a game plan the team can act on.

M&A Strategy & Integration

Integrate an acquisition without losing the team, customers, or thesis.

Assist with diligence then build the announcement, portfolio story, internal enablement, and cross-functional plan that makes 1+1=3 instead of 1+1=1.5.

Why CEOs care about this work

More efficient and predictable sales.
Strong positioning, messaging, and enablement mean faster ramp, higher win rates, and forecasts the team can trust because they're grounded in reality.

Stronger logo and revenue retention.
Selling to the right customers and setting realistic expectations protects revenue that took real effort and money to acquire.

Faster growth, less innovation theater.
Prioritizing things the market will pay for — with a clear narrative the team can actually use — beats shipping faster on things nobody buys.

Less strategic risk on the big bets.
A filter between ambition and reality means fewer expensive misses on roadmap, M&A, and expansion plays + more confidence in the bets worth making.

A valuation story that holds up.
The story that wins deals is the same one that wins diligence, driving stronger outcomes and better multiples at exit.

What it's like working with me

1

I connect the dots others miss.

I connect dots across product, market, customer, and team conversations, then turn the mess into something a buyer, board, or new hire can actually understand and use.

“Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and ability to synthesize complex subjects into digestible material.”

— Peer, Roster 360

Why it matters: Faster alignment across product, marketing, sales, and leadership.

2

I care more about what’s true than what’s comfortable.

I’m skeptical of unsupported claims and plans built on wishful thinking, including my own. I back recommendations with research, tradeoffs, and a realistic view of what could break.

“Her decisions are always well-informed and backed by data and insights.”

— Team, Roster 360

Why it matters: The business stays grounded in market reality instead of internal assumptions.

3

I'm hard on the work, easy on the people.

I have high standards for the work and respect for the people doing it. I’ll challenge ideas directly, support the team publicly, and step in when the work needs doing.

“Willing to get into the weeds and get the work done while being able to level up and think strategically.”

— Peer, Roster 360

Why it matters: Teams move faster when expectations are clear and trust is high.

4

I build for where the business is going, not just where it is today.

I think about where the market is heading, what compounds over time, and which bets still make sense when the market shifts, competitors react, and priorities change.

“She is a force multiplier... She understands the market better than anyone in the organization and is able to put that information to use.”

— Senior Executive, Roster 360

Why it matters: Better prioritization. Fewer reactive decisions. More confidence in the bets that matter.
